You are invited to attend one of the aggregate Annual General Meetings of the Branch, which will be held during the month of March as detailed in the above Branch Annual Report.

The AGM is the Branch's policy-making forum.  It will elect the Branch Officers for 2018, set policy on important issues affecting all members and can amend rules.


 Who can submit them?

 Any TWO members, or Branch Executive Committee

They must be in writing and include: the names of the 2 members and their signatures.  They must also arrive no later than 7 days prior to the first meeting date, which will be 01/03/2018 Please bear in mind that these motions/rule changes specifically apply to our internal branch policy/rules as per our branch constitution, and not National policy or motions.

Branch Officer Nominations must also be submitted in writing and include the nominee's name, workplace, signature as well as the names and signatures of the nominator and seconder.  These should also arrive at the Branch Office by 15/02/2018
